For brokers

Your brand. Your market. Your leads.

A white-label home discovery platform that carries your brokerage’s name instead of a portal’s. Buyers swipe real listing photos, the platform learns what each one actually loves, and every registration, favorite, showing request and message comes to you.

Live demonstration deployment: JaxHomes, serving live MLS listings in Duval and St. Johns and Clay and Nassau.

Why brokers are building their own

The portal owns the buyer

Search starts on a portal, so the portal keeps the relationship, the registration and every behavioral signal. The brokerage that actually serves the buyer sees almost none of it.

You pay for leads you already earned

Referral and portal leads are frequently your own sphere of influence repackaged and resold, priced per contact instead of per closing.

Filters describe a house, not a buyer

Beds, baths and price narrow a list but never explain why two homes at the same price feel completely different. Buyers react to photographs long before they fill in a form.

The experience under your logo

Everything a serious shopper expects, and none of the pressure

Swipe browsing with no pressure

Just Browsing shows real listing photography with no prices and no calls to action. Buyers react to individual photos, and every reaction quietly builds their taste profile.

Ranked homes that explain themselves

Homes for You serves full listings ranked against learned taste, each with a plain-English reason it ranked, what to be cautious about, and how confident the system is.

Map, favorites and full galleries

Interactive map view, favorites, liked and saved homes, deep-linked detail pages with full photo galleries, and sessions that resume exactly where the buyer left off.

Showings and share links

Showing requests route to the sponsoring broker, buyers share listing links with family and friends, and a direct contact channel keeps the conversation in-house.

Free market statistics

Public, no-login market pages by area, home type, size and price, with prior-period and year-over-year comparisons, price and size tiers, seasonality, and a plain-language reliability read on every figure.

Valuation and Design Studio

A home value and go-to-market playbook for sellers, plus virtual remodel concepts buyers can explore before they commit to a house.

The part competitors can’t copy

Most home search is a filter form. This is a taste model that gets sharper with every photo a buyer reacts to, and it belongs to the broker who sponsored the search.

  • Photo-level reactions: likes, passes and favorites, with favorites weighted far more heavily than likes.
  • AI reads every listing photo: indoor or outdoor, room type, scene, quality, and structured traits like finishes, light and outdoor life. Results are cached, so each photo is read once.
  • Every ranked home carries a “why it ranked” explanation naming the traits and rooms that matched, and members can rate the explanation itself.
  • The system continuously tests its own predictions against new reactions, tracks accuracy and profile maturity, and gives new buyers crowd-aware recommendations until a personal profile takes over.
  • Members can inspect and correct what the platform believes about their taste, which builds trust and improves the data at the same time.

What’s included

One platform, every part of it yours to run

Pricing depends on your market and how much you want handled for you, so it is not published here. What is included is the same everywhere:

Your brand, end to end

Your logo, colors and domain across the whole experience. There is no third-party portal brand anywhere in the member journey.

Your market

One defined territory per site, enforced server-side across search, matching, maps, market statistics and saved-search alerts, so buyers only see the homes you serve.

Live MLS listings, handled properly

Standards-based RESO/VOW sync of active listings, status changes and price updates, with photo mirroring, retained sold history, VOW registration and consent, and sold-data gating where MLS rules require it.

The TRAViS taste engine

Photo intelligence, per-buyer taste profiles, explained rankings, and continuous prediction testing.

Buyer tools

Swipe browsing, favorites, map view, share links, showing requests, market statistics, home valuation and Design Studio.

Broker dashboard and alerts

Members, activity, favorites, showing requests and each buyer's learned taste profile, with instant and daily-digest notifications for new sign-ups and activity.

Managed operations

Monitoring, alerting, health checks, maintenance mode and administrative metrics, so a small team can run a growing footprint.

Optional managed customizations

Community sites, extra content sections and per-broker adjustments are set up and maintained for you as a managed add-on.

How a broker site gets started

  1. 1

    Confirm your data rights

You need MLS participation or an approved data license for the market you want to serve. We handle VOW registration, consent capture and display rules; you keep the relationship with your MLS.

  2. 2

    Send your brand

Logo, colors, domain and the market area you want to own. Everything else starts from the working platform.

  3. 3

    We stand up your site

Your branded site goes live on your domain with your listings, your market statistics and your dashboard.

  4. 4

    You get the leads

Registrations, showing requests, contact messages, favorites and taste profiles arrive with buyer consent attached, and every one of them comes to you.

Already designed, not shipping yet

Planned capabilities, listed here so nothing is mistaken for something you can switch on today.

Vendor advertising

Per-broker sponsored placements in the feed and sidebar, creating an additional revenue line for each partner.

Co-shopping

Multi-user browsing so couples, families or investor partners can shop together and merge their favorites.

Bring this to your market

Tell us where you work and what you want under your name. We’ll walk you through a live demo, your data rights, and what a first site looks like.
